want to do a textured paint job like the guy who posted here last week with his tan rifle or a paint job like [link=( https://www.remington.com/products/firearms/centerfire/model-700/model-700-xcr-tactical-long-range.aspx)]THIS[/link] wondering what that paint is called or how to go about getting that effect.

Buy it. Most remington stocks are bell and carson. Probably about 300-400 new then either you can install it or get it installed and bedded for your rifle which will up the price a little bit. If you do it yourself you don't know how well it will hold up plus I think bell and carson has a good warranty. If your willing to spend some big money go with McMillan. There the best by far but it will take awhile to come in.

Damn that's a pretty good price. Somehow a chip fell out of mine which turned out to be a manufacturer defect but they wanted me to pay 400 just for a new stock for my sendero sf-II. I ordered a McMillan instead. But it's gonna take forever to come in.
