When someone doesn't honor your request, generally it isn't because they didn't see it.
You need better source images. The face is way too small to fit into the Estrada photo. The images you want combined don't have to be the same size but they need to be close to create a cohesive composite. When the size is altered, you lose resolution.

I had a feeling that would be a problem. My buddy is in Saudi right now so I couldn't get anything better than those short notice. I'm going to see if I can dig any better ones up.
