Question for recruiting experts....

So I have an off the wall question for you guys. I follow the recruiting somewhat closely, but not as much as I used to. Anyway, the company that I work for is trying to identify ways that we can better evaluate and then recruit talent for hire. I've told them that after knowing what I know, it isn't that much different than college recruiting. So I was wondering if anyone knew off the top of their head any good reading resources that give insight into how the great recruiters scout and court players?

Obviously I know Meat Market by Bruce Feldman is on the list, but didn't know of any others. Thanks in advance.
