IM threads are an acceptable thing now right? Of course I realize if you are not in the "in crowd" that doesn't apply. Chasing off all newbs is cool and anchoring actual discussion threads dealing with legit topics is the norm? Well it is the OT after all so most threads are not that legit but an actual discussion dealing on topic should have some credit right? Just want to get the rules straight so I know what I am doing. Thanks! And BTW kudos to the admins I realize it has been a hectic job maintaining the boards lately.

They don't have to anchor it I am sure it will disappear to page 2 in just a few minutes anyway.

My thread got anchored while a thread dealing strictly with PIIHB was ok and the main IM thread on the OT was fine.

Welcome to the OT.
You need to get some of the "in crowd" to post in your thread and then their buddies will run to it and it will go on for days and days. The thread will suck but at least you will have a thread with many pages.

There is a thread dealing with eating poo right now and I bet it goes for days. His thread was of OT quality. That isn't saying much but he did make a thread within the perimeters of the interest level of the OT. Not that this is always a good thing I agree.

To be honest I am really bad at doing that.

Ok what do you think about me being an admin? I know the rules, I follow the rules, I can kick butt when I have too. I would be great! How about it chicken? Besides I have been here longer than a lot of these clowns. What do you say?
