Has anyone seen this kid play and if so, how good is he? The reason I'm asking is that his stats seem really good and yet his recruitment seems so low key. What gives?

The kid is already projected to go to a juco. Obviously either a kid who isn't smart or just doesn't care about school

First few years of high school he was at a school thats not recogonized by the state. He transfer to his current school. He has zero shot of qualifying just because he had zero credits when he transferred. Supposedly a hell of a WR though...Probably will be a sign and place

Can he not do summer school to start making up that gap?

I still think he is the best WR in the state. Saw him play last year and he was completely unstoppable even against Mathieu. He was doubled covered and still caught three TD's.

Still couldn't make up 3 years in summer school alone that is why Juco will be the necessary route.

D Williams came out of no where last year. Sign and place is the best option. Kid is the real deal

I have heard he has got some work to do in the classroom. I also heard he has some maturity issues. Juco could be good for him.

how the hell does this happen? even if you aren't a D-1 prospect, why go to a school that isn't accredited? and even more mind blowing is that he is a stud and no coach was able to get to him quick enough to get him switched to a real high school. and what about his parents? this whole situation is ridiculous.

Do you really think if his parents gave a damn about him they would've named him D'haquille?

By the way, wouldn't his name be pronounced "DayQuil"? I fricking love that stuff...

This kid is awesome. I definitely would like to add him to our Tiger Roster. He is #1 Receiver in the state. Hands down. I saw Trevon Reed. He has nothing on this guy. I heard it will be a blessing that he gets his diploma because he is so far behing. Tyrann Mathieu locked him down. All he had was 1 catch on Mathieu. All the other receptions came about when Tyrann was on the sideline with cramps. Tyrann saved the game. Locked him down on the last play of the game when they went to Williams. Tyrann will definitely be #1 Corner in Collge Football Nation Soon.

Well, Rivals did have him the #1 cover corner last year, and he lived up to that rep in camp after camp, so I'll take your word as well.

ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS! I need to put that name on my Big List. "D'haquille" is almost up there with my two favorites -- the twin brothers who played for U.Va. -- Majestic Mapp and Scientific Mapp. They'z like a sore dick: hard to beat!!! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!

Did you watch the same game I saw? He had more receptions than that on Matthieu. And I am not posting this to be negative, I honestly think Matthieu will be a Beast but D. Williams won a few of those battles that night.
