Super Conferences

how would you make 4 super conferences? just for fun......
I would get rid of the Big East and make 4 conferences of 16 teams and for football make a 4 team playoff between the champions of the 4 leagues. This was the best scenario I could come up with. It leaves Iowa St, Baylor, BYU, and Boise St out, but oh well........
