Thought the pipe was being siphoned?

i thought they plugged it with a 4/6 inch pipe and they were suiphoning the oil up to portable rigs and sotring it and that they were getting up 85 percent of the leak?
i just look at a live feed that showed it leaking freely right now?

That was never the case. yesterday it was reported they siphoning around 260,000 gallons per day and it still was gushing all over the place.
