top-10 defense, improved offense, and the fact that LSU lead every game but Florida last year in the 4th quarter?

i think of a few myself.
this defense is legit.
this offense has serious skill position players.
around the league the powerhouses aren't so powerful.

the o-line is much more improved and physical.
whoever the qb is.. will have all the more experience.

Not trying to be negative but what makes everyone think the defense will be so good? Very green on the defensive line. Not much experience at linebacker. The secondary should be good but a good secondary will get torched without decent pressure on the quarterback.

Our defensive line was horrible last season. DE is without a doubt improved, DT will be solid but not spectacular imo.
Secondary has gotta be top-3 in the nation.

I really think that Sheppard, Baker & Francois have enough experience. It's not all that common in college football to have LSU's situation last year where there were 3 seniors and a junior in the rotation.
The 3 starters LSU has this year have been in the system long enough to know what it takes.

2)More QB experience
3)No significant injuries
4)Improved and tougher D
5)More and experienced O weapons
6)Top 3 DB unit
7)AL and FL lost to much on both sides of the ball
8)Better officiating
9)Coaching additions
10)Coaches on hot seat and scared TD Rantards will over run athletic complex and beat them in front of Tiger Stadium if they dont win it.
