upset of the tournament (group stage) took place in the tournament's opening match. predict a big upset in this year's tournament's group stage...

though in my mind it wouldn't be a HUGE upset, chile over spain is one im keeping my eye on.

I remember watching that game at my grandma's house. My grandpa was pissed off that the team full of black guys was so excited.

That was my long shot call from the beginning. Their group give them a little breathing room (outside of France).

north korea and new zealand are gonna combine for one goal and that will be THE upset

other than that north korea will struggle to get the ball over half, and new zealand will be beat by tennis scores...

It's not out of the realm of possibility for South Africa to get out of the group. Mexico, Uruguay and France all have inconsistency issues. Bafana Bafana is not without talent if Pinnear can find space.

I wouldn't consider USA/England a big upset at all, but maybe I'm just a homer and think we're better than what we are.

After we beat England; it will be Bradley to Munchen, Dempsey to United and Donovan to Arsenal immediately. After the tournament Jozy will go to Barca and DeMerit to Man City.

That is my favorite part, some sort of african sacrificial ritual. I kept waiting for the jersey to start floating
