My wife swears that she saw a bought sweet potato ice cream,does anybody know where or if you can buy it?Or any recipes....Thanks

kleinpeter ice cream...they had it out around the holidays. don't know if you can still buy it.

Emeril serves it at NOLA as a companion to one of the desserts on his menu. Was in town a few weeks ago and got to sample it from a friend's plate. I thought it was pretty good.
