What happened to setting up tables and signing autographs for the kids? The Spring game has been bigger in the past with the 2 teams battling for a steak dinner, didn't hear anything about that and the players signing autographs for the kids. I would like to see that return!

I think you are confusing Fan Day and the spring game. And by autographs for the "kids" you mean 40 year old men.

Fan Day is in the fall, whenever the incoming freshman are on campus. I never remember them having autograph sessions at the Spring Game.

The losers of this game had to serve the winners dinner... so there was a bit of that.

I think your getting Fan Day and the Spring game confused as well, but I believe it was the 2003 or 2004 Spring game, I scored Marcus Randall's autograph!!! He got in trouble w/ one of his coaches though. Because it was during the game. Fun memory!
