Your the LSU head BB coach, just forget what PM is going to do, if LSU wins the first two games @ Tenn. do you keep him on the bench for a few more days?

No, assuming he's still progressing (i.e. throwing without pain), he needs to throw in live action.

No you need to get him some work so he can work up to starting and going full speed.

He still has to work up to going longer and it starts this weekend.

Don't think the outcome of the first two gaes should have anything to do with it. He's either ready to go, or he isn't. If he is, then he needs the work, and he needs to start the process of building up his pitch count.

He isn't experiencing any pain while throwing, so why not play him no matter what the circumstance?

Definitely not. The purpose of pitching Ranaudo is not simply to win the game he pitches. The purpose is to get 50 pitches under him. He can't progress past that until it happens. Why postpone that?

No. He needs to pitch in a game situation. Sitting him only means he won't pitch much the next weekend. Let him build up his pitch count starting Sunday.

Absolutely not. He has to build his endurance up and get back in pitching "shape". He is going to be on a limited count whenever he does return, so as long as everything checks out ok you might as well get him back out there now.
