How long can I keep crawfish tails?

I got some boiled crawfish last night and had some left over today. Was thinking about taking the tails that I just peeled and putting them in jambalaya. How long will they stay good for if I were to cook the jambalaya tomorrow?

As long as you keep them in the frig, quite a long time. I'd probably throw them out of the frig in about 5 days. the longer the mushier.

Personally, I wouldn't keep the jambalaya itself for more than 3 days. If you have it after that point, freeze it. Form it into balls, roll in breadcrumbs, then fry..mmm boudin balls!!
