Before you go comparing scores.........just remember Tennessee took a series in Baton Rouge last year, and Nicholls State is the only team LSU played last year that it did not beat at least once.

While I agree, it's still fun to track opponents. I believe W&M has already knocked off UNC? It certainly can't hurt our RPI either!

Yes, I completely agree with you. Like the comment that followed yours, I think it's fun to compare. I realize it's baseball, and it's more important how we do around SEC tournament time. I also realize that UVA has a very good baseball team. Since we swept W&M, a victory by them over UVA looks good for us.

Anything can happen in baseball on a given day, but William and Mary played well against LSU, beat UNC and is hanging in there against Virginia. I've bee very impressed by them, and even sent a congratulatory email to their coach for beating UNC.
Hopefully they pull off another stunner vs Virginia, but its 7-6 UVA in the bottom of the 7th.

Final, UVA 12, W&M 6. W&M was playing UVA one day after beating UNC. The Cavs have been off for the last three days.
The Tribe get another shot at the Cavs on the 16th, 2 days after UVA finishes a three game series with Florida State.

i always like tracking these shitty teams we play early on to see how they do. W&M got a scrappy team, and if they woulda thrown that lefty that shut down UNC vs. us, who know's we may be 11-1
