Would you consider a demo to be a new vehicle? I feel if the vehicle was never titled for personal use with the states motor vehicle department that the vehicle would qualify for the Sales tax deduction.

What say you?

Was the vehicle titled for commercial or some other type use? If so, then I'd be hesitant to claim the deduction.

If its under 7500 and never registered it can still be considered a new car I believe that is generally where a dealership demo falls.

Found out the title was registered...so the car was deemed used. No deduction. :(
