just watched it, movie about John Ehret high school basketball team that won the state championship the year of Katrina.
not the greatest but i enjoyed it, being from la...being a hs basketball coach...and knowing the history i thought it was a great story.
anyone see it? what are your thoughts?

Felt rushed. It spent so much time building up the team, then flew through the season. One minute their star player hates everyone, then the next he loves them all. Seemed like entire scenes were taken out.
I also liked how the "Cajundome" had green floors and Tulane banners hanging up.

yeah that really sucked, but they did have the cajun dome announcer doing the play by play.

they played 2 playoff games in "natchitoches" gym vs 2 different teams. I noticed that as well.
