I would love to see Chad Jones in the Black and Gold. Tebow not so much.

payton would not take a qb who will stuggle to play qb in 2nd round when we have greater needs on D... bad projection..

I don't think Tebow would last that long. Personally, would love to see him in black and gold, but, someone needs to have a heart to heart to break the news to him that he ain't an NFL QB. Can you imagine certain Saints' offensive sets w/ Shockey on one end of the line and Tebow on the other? Wow. As an LSU fan of course I've never liked him but he's all class and a high character guy. Would be a great addition.

He's gone on record as saying all he wants is a shot to play QB in the NFL, and if it doesn't work out, he'd gladly play anywhere else. Having this guy on a roster couldn't be a bad thing.
eta: I wouldn't spend a 2nd round pick on him, though.

This. Tebow was an amazing college quarterback, but I just can't see him dominating in the NFL. ESPECIALLY as a quarterback.
