in the process of starting to shop for apartment. Not looking for the status thing (no river ranch). Any things you guys would recommend would be helpful. No need to post on the ones that you wouldn't recommend. Thanks in advance. Again 1 bedroom one bath.

Dude, seriously. "Simcoe". Actually I've found peppertree in that range, diamond lakes, and a few others. Just wanted some "normal opinions". Obviously Mr. Simcoe hasn't done his research.

I'm sorry, I misread your range. I thought it said 300.

Edit: You would probably get more help on the O/T.

no prob the hidden flask. The reason I posted on money talk was to get feedback on some pricing. I've seen a few on craig's list. just wanted some opinions from here.

Good luck finding a decent 1br/1ba for ~600/mo.

Before I found the house I wanted, I was going to stay at Summer Place off of Eraste Landry. It was decent, right across from the new Cox Acadiana offices. 1ba/1ba for 585, I want to say. Has a fireplace if that floats your boat, covered parking, w/d hookups. The kitchen seemed dated, and I've been looking at reviews and some say its not what it used to be.

It's worth going look and see for yourself.

Try the three behind lafayette high. I doubt steeplechase is $600 or less, but it's worth a try.
