Sorry if already been posted, but you know this has to help with Markeith Ambles.

Good for him, his hue was a problem for the folks at UT. Get out of there Kippy, and don't look back.

that is interesting..
A lot of Vol fans on Volnation wanted him as HC...
I liked him...good guy...
He coached at UT for many years
He was helping the recruiting class stick together.
suprised that Dooley didn't let him stay

I saw that, but the UT elite would not have any of that.

I really wanted to keep him on staff. Hamtilton did him wrong, I don't blame him for leaving.

I was very impressed with him during some of his press conferences. He seemed like the "anti-Kiffen".
Good luck to him.
Good luck to him.

What exactly did Hamilton do to him. Obviously, I know that he was never considered for the head coaching position, but did Hamilton do somthing else? Curious?

Just that he promised him a fair shot at the head coaching job, and then interviewed him while UT officials were at the airport with Dooley getting ready to fly him to Knoxville. Kippy was called about 10 minutes after his interview by Hamilton letting him know they decided to go with Dooley.

Ouch. I have a bad feeling LaTech may do the same thing to Frank Scelfo. I sure hope not.

Smart move by Dooley. Any new Head Coach who keeps a former coach who had asperations for that same job is making a terrible mistake. It's a cancer waiting to metastasize at the first bump in the road.

What position did he coach in 2009 for UT?

Dooley wanted Kippy to stay. Kippy left because of Hamilton, not Dooley.
It wasn't because he didn't get the job, just the way everything happened with the interview.

Needs to be fired for how he has handled all this

there is something elegant and weird about Kippy Brown going to work for former USC head coach, in Seattle.
