If you don't like the coaches, fine. Go ahead and voice your opinion. If you don't like the players, same thing. But don't say you hope we lose so we can get rid of a coach and don't root against a player so that he gets benched. I've never in my life heard of a fan that actually roots against their team just so that they can say "told ya so." If this coaching staff doesn't turn it around, changes will be made, one way or another. So far, the track record has been fairly good with bringing in new coordinators and position coaches to try to get better. Be critical when its due, but don't freaking root for a 6-6 season just so that you can inflate your meaningless ego.

if you have never heard a fan route against their team, you haven't met to many old tiger fans

Do you live in Imaginationland?

This is a pretty common occurrence.

If you root for your team to lose, you're not a fan.

Point of query: Do you consider your opinions and "ego" to be meaningless?

If the answer is yes, then I congratulate you because you have apparently reached enlightenment. Good going, Gandhi.

If the answer is no, then don't be a self -righteous prick.

I agree. I think this situation is pretty simple. Winning will fix it and not winning will change the coaching staff next year. Whining and complaining a message board that the coaches need to go now is juvenile and just plain stupid. The world doesn't work that way.

Or it might just be realizing the end justifies the means.

I'll root for whatever I want.

Thankfully, I always root for a Tiger victory. And it's a good thing, bc my rooting is powerful and often makes a difference in the final outcome.

I can never root against LSU. And I will always be happy with a win.

But Les' losing doesn't bother me anymore. When we lose, I realize it's just another nail in the coffin. That brings a small amount of happiness to me.

End justifies the means.
