When you get the precision airstrike, do the majority of the bombs get dropped in the middle of the circle or out in front in the way that the arrow is pointing?
I feel like I am always overshooting my targets and wasting the airstrike....

Airstrikes suck, but I'd imagine that the circle marks the center of the airdrop, not the back end.
ETA: The arrow us just for you to indicate the direction in which the planes will fly in and drop.
