The real question is "who's the coach?"

Not so much for recruits already committed, but for assistant coaches, future recruits, etc.
"It hasn't been decided who will hire the DC?"
Wait, what if one assistant does not get along with another, who is the one in charge? Can he fire him? Does the fired AC get to appeal to Urban? This is a first for a big time coach to take a leave of absence. Can't see how it will work.
