On the LHSAA site all I could find were track records.

yea, thats the first place i looked. im googling almost everything i can think of and i cant seem to find to much about it.

There was a guy, I think in Shreveport, maybe Lewis is last name, that publishes a book on Louisiana HS football records.

I think the Shreveoport guy's name is Bryd not Lewis, sorry about that.
