without a scout.com account?

I'm just curious, because I'm getting ready to sign up for scout and everyone says it's much better.

Is there any reason for a rivals account?

I have both--use Scout exclusively for LSU information and Rivals for national scoop and message boards.

I did for the longest time.

Mainly for the message boards and the National board plus in the beginning I did not like the format of Scout at all.

This past year I have joined scout and kept my rivals account.

If i did get rid of one it might be scout just b/c I get more out of rivals.

in terms of info...... they're all the same but maybe one might have the story an hour before the other.

I only have Rivals, but I just cancelled my sub.

I like the rivals layout MUCH better, but the LSU boards aren't even worth reading any more.

I did a trial last year and Sonny seemed to get better info than Mike I don't know how true that is, but there were times when Mike didn't even know things that td.com knew.

Bingo.

Mike and his guys just have an overall lazy feel to them. The Lazare articles are basically regurgitations from press conferences in the AD. So bland.

I just recently joined Tigerbait...but I may soon be switching to TSD because I've noticed that every big story that comes out, TB is always behind. TSD always breaks the news first. Someone told me that TSD's film isn't that good though...and that's my favorite thing about my subscription.

Not quite sure where people are getting their facts. TSD lags far behind TB in content, accuracy and the video capabilities at TB far outweigh Scout. The message boards and national links on the Rivals site are unmatched by Scout.

I like scout and have a subscription, but Mike and his staff have been blowing Sonny and his bunch out of the water with alarming regularity. One out of 5 stories are "broken" by scout and that is usually only bc the LSU coaches have asked Mike to sit on info for one reason or another.

Sorry, those are just the facts, not to mention that Mike has roughly 6 times the subscribers, so for everyone who bitches about his info and content he must be doing something right.

If you can afford it get both, if you can only budget for one, Rivals is hands down the better website for content and video, not to mention the linked websites.

Hey Mike.

But Seriously the only way rivals is better than scout is the National board and the video's of players.

As far as LSU information Sonny blows Mike out of the water. If I want LSU Information I will go to Sonny first.

Also Mike, Bryan Lazare, and Will are hardly ever on the sites. The only time I see them is when they post articles or they do their chats.

Sonny and Shea are always on the site and will usually answer a question that you may have for them if they see it.

If it wasn't for Rivals National boards and the Rivals video I would definately cancel my subscription.

Not Mike but simply disagree with you. Sonny and Shea are on their website from time to time, but TB has much more original video and their content surpasses scout. Just my opinion, I like both sites.

It's amazing how backwards this is.

So, what ever happened since Sonny and Co. didn't "sit" on the Adams visit info and let it out before the dead period? Did the Tennessee coaches fly down and intercept him at the airport on Sunday?

Moron on Tap

No, they did not intercept him, but by leaking the info it gave the UT coaches a heads up to what Wilson was up to. If you don't believe that kind of shite hurts you are a bigger moron than your name suggests.

Sonny did not break the story, NOLA did, but nice try. I like scout, I just like TB better.

Weren't you the one on Tigerbait saying that TB and TSD were told to sit on the Adams info until after the dead period? If not, I have the wrong person.

If so, you definitely called out TSD for posting the info and even ended the post by asking who was more ethical. If this was you, please tell me what difference it made posting the info over the weekend instead of after the dead period and why it was such a big deal.

And I don't even see an entry anywhere on NOLA about Adams so I don't know wtf you're talking about. You must be talking about the Hilliard commitment, which was the subject of another one of your bitch sessions...assuming you are the same d-bag from TB.

I stand corrected, Sonny did not break the Hilliard story, NOLA did. Sonny is the one who went with the Adams info, when asked not to, you are exactly right, I was mixing the two. I did not call out Sonny on the Hilliard info, as he did not break the story, NOLA did. Hilliard wanted to annouce publicly yesterday, but NOLA screwed that up.

I really don't give a shite what you think of me or my opinions, you obviously have no clue, but this kind of shite can hurt. I don't have a beef with Sonny, I like his site, but if people are going to be fair, Tigerbait is the much better overall site.

On the Adams info, it is important bc the LSU coaches thought it was important. Does that make sense to your dumbass?!

If Tigerbait was not worth a shite, like people suggest, why does Mike have over 7500 subscribers? Do the math, the guy is kicking arse and probably makes more than %90 of his subscribers, he is laughing all the way to the movie theatre.

By the way, you can kiss my arse.
