Hopefully, and just maybe it'll lift the spirits a bit around here. Everybody's entitled to their own opinions (of course), but wouldn't it be great to get the good vibes back?

A bowl win is always nice, but my spirit was already lifted by the upward trend our program took this yr in comparison to our 08 season.

3rd in the SEC compared to 7th, 9 wins compared to 7, New Year Day bowl, and 13th ranked compared to no ranking.

I could have wished for a better O, but over all my spirits are just fine.

i hope to have a better showing by the offense. i'm certain miles and crowton and stud know what some people are saying and feel the need to do the best they can. the problem may be we don't have the hosses in certain positions to be that strong. in all likelyhood, we are going to have to beat PSU via the air. i think our OL has improved their pass blocking so i think we can win it. our running game needs life support.

GrandDad, I think with Tolliver and Lafell (along with good playcalling to Jefferson), I don't think the air game will be a problem. Conversely, I think if Penn State wants to win, they'll have to do it on the ground.
