I can only hope. Anything is better than the current staff though, even if O is given some power, which I can't imagine he would be (:praying:).

The main change needs to be on offense. The play calling makes me laugh my arse off. Knowing Carroll though, he'll hire another young, NFL QB coach so he can control him and the offense will continue to suck dick

I'd think he knows the pac 10 landscape is changing and he needs to make a big time hire. I can't see him going with a spread guy though
