Has Les officially gotten on the "The HOT SEAT" ?

I'm out of town for 2 weeks, and from the looks of this board, Miles' is already making arrangements for the moving crew. I think they won't get rid of him unless we throw the towel in for the last 2 games. Hopefully we're not in the liberty bowl.
