1. No senior leadership..look at the Lafell drops and the Holiday punt fielding mistake. 2. No QB coaching..period. Lee and Jefferson have gotten worse over time, not better. By his 10th start if Jefferson has no internal clock in his head he never will. He's not being asked to be Drew Brees. He's now a liability. 3. The WRs are poorly coached, look at the aligment problems, the drops, the route running. 4. The game plan on ofense..if there is one. Looks more like random plays pulled out of the arse..except for the often used shortside option. Bottom line is the WR coach and Crowton and his flag football program gotta go. Considering we had no pass rush (carry ver from Earl Lane era), the defense was fixed, godd enough to win with.
