What is the new decal on the back of the LSU helmet?

This might have been addressed on the message board already, but does anyone know what the new round decal on the back of the LSU football helmet represents? It's right above the American Flag.

I couldn't find a picture I could copy & paste, but here is a link to The Advocate's photo gallery from Sat night.
It reminds me of a small USMC decal, but I cant tell what it is specifically.

I wondered this as well. I thought it looked like an EGA too, but whatever in the middle is shaped differently. This has been bugging me, so glad someone brought this up!

I'm pretty sure it's the emblem of the Wounded Warrior Regiment.
This was started on Camp LeJeune, which explains why it looks like the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.
The Wounded Warrior Project had a promotion this weekend that included the real USC and Maryland wearing alternate uniforms.
