It seems to me like my gun kicks more when using the holo....or Im just used to the red dot

I think they're pretty similar. The holographic sight uses a "target" reticule (think the Target store logo) as opposed to the red dot sight using a simple red dot. As far as magnification and centering, I'm unaware. I just prefer the holographic sight because it's different and kinda badass-looking on the M4A1 and SCAR-H.

I'm the opposite. I use the red dot because it just seems to work the best and gives me more of a sightline.

Holo kinda sucks once you get EMPed lol
not that it happens that often but when it does, your sight is useless

On the bright side, I've only had a handful of games with the EMP, nothing more depressing than having to fire from the hip and throw knives for the last 1/3 of a match

I prefer the red dot because it is much smaller than the holo. I feel like I can't see long distances with the holographic.
