INT Correct Call - Strong Possible Outcome

For those who want to totally discount the fact that LSU still loses the game (i.e. Dukke, the hard-headed idiot)and others, I submit the following scenario - granting, of course, the possibility that Bama's Defense continued to play LSU tough in the remaining 5+ minutes after the INT.
1) LSU gets the ball at the 30 yd. line and either makes 1-2 first downs and/or is forced to punt immediately -or- gambles and goes for 1st down on 4th down (depending on yardage required and the field position). In either case, Bama gets the ball back deeper into his own territory with more time left on the clock.
2) Saban goes into his typical and predictable conservative "hold on to the ball and run the clock down" if/when Bama gets the ball back. If LSU makes even one 1st down, prior to punting, Bama probably gets the ball inside or at their own 20 yd. line. LSU would likely still have a punt return opportunity in very good field position, plus definite 4-down territory to make 1st downs and take it to the end zone with 1-2 minutes remaining.
This is completely different than a normal "mid-game" situation when teams are playing for field position and only with 3 downs to work with before change of possession. Further, Bama is forced to defend the entire field in this situation, much differently than "teeing off on the QB" with a 9 pt. lead -or- even in a regular situation. LSU certainly has the athletes to beat Bama's secondary and/or draw interference flags in this situation. And yes, Lee has shown the capability of "delivering the ball" under pressure.
For anyone to contend that "it didn't matter, and we didn't deserve to win" is short-sighted and obviously has not watched much football. Good football teams find ways to win games, even when the stats are not in their favor. In Bama's case, they got a lot of yards during the game due to bullshite penalties, no-calls, and/or help from our own team (i.e. running into the punter; block in the back "missed tackle" for 75 yd. TD run by Julio Jones). Absent these two calls alone, Bama has at least 100 yds less total offense, which matches up more closely with LSU's total offense for the game. Then, the pundits would not have been to point to any "domination" in the numbers.
