Miles contract..

Ok, I heard Ott say earlier this AM that the LSU administration has structured Miles contract so that it has an automatic rollover year after year. My question is does the $16 million buyout stay year after year as well? Assuming worst case scenario and the program slips back to mediocrity, how long, realistically, does LSU have to give Miles before they could afford to let him go and pay the buyout?
