Giving my team a new look

I made two trades this week.
Trade A
I get Peyton Manning and Glen Coffee.
I give Knowshon Moreno, Matt Hasselbeck, and Willie Parker.
Trade B
I get Brian Westbrook, Steve Smith(Car.), and Santana Moss.
I give Brandon Jacobs, Calvin Johnson, and Jerricho Cotchery.
How would you grade my trades?
Trade A

Are you depending on Coffee as your second back? If so, I don't like it. If you have another RB, probably good trades.
