Dilemma

This is the age old question: I am winning by one point, his team is done, I have Jets defense playing in Monday Night's game. Do I sit them and accept the win, or do I play them and hope for more points to help me in the future with seeding/playoffs etc.

28-34 points given up -1...35+ points given up -4...2 points for turnover safety or black, one point for sack, 6 points for defensive td

I'm winning by 1 point as well
I was starting the Colts D but I pitched them for the Jets D when neither team had anyone left.
I'm holding the Jets D in case there's some scoring changes (I'm mostly eying Moss to see if there's any score revision for his interception), and if I'm trailing tomorrow I'll go ahead and play them.
Otherwise they're gonna stay on the bench.

Random question...
I currently have the Bears defense, 49ers are on the waiver wire for tomorrow morning.
should I pick them up in place of my scrub RB (not worried about week 6 bye) or should I stick with Bears?
