At what time are we permitted to put up tents on campus on Friday?

I think it depends on where you set up. My group tailgates on the old golf course area and I can remember setting up our tent skeletons as early as 1 for a couple big games 2 years ago. Since then I've realized that isn't necessary and just set up around 3 or 4.

Thanks. Are there any places that you can't set up on Friday? Around the Parade Field, etc?
