He has one or two games left as starter. I hope he stays healthy, takes his money and goes to another team next season.

It will take him awhile to catch up with the speed of the NFL game. He wasn't good his RS Fresh year or as a Soph. He really came into his own as a JR. I say next year JR is probowling.

I thought he was really good as a sophomore. I say give him this season and next. He still is basically in year 2. Terry Bradshaw sucked his first few years also. Troy Aikmen didn't have a winning team until year 3, and that was the awesome Cowboys with Jimmy Johnson, not the sucky Raiders.

I can understand why Jamarcus is doing as bad as he is. Think about it. Look at his upbringing and the type of life he had. College was his time to do work and make his living. Once he got his big paycheck, that was it. Think about how much money that is!! I thought he would have some pride and work hard, but that hasn't happened as you can see with his weight. He's just going there for the pay check.

That is the main thing he needs to work on. If he would lose about 30-40 pounds, he would show that he is trying to do something. And it would go a long way toward ending his "lack of work ethic" moniker.

It's still early for him...making it or not making it at Oakland is not going to define him

Lacks work effort. Could get away with it in college, but not in the pros.

He has no o-line and WR's that don't know their routes nor can catch. Good luck to the Raiders to find any QB that could perform well there.

And do what for another team - complete 39.2% instead of 35%- lets get serious.

I predicted this as a bust from day fricking one. Ignorant blow hards here, and there were many, said he was a sure bet - no doubt about it. He can throw the ball 65 yards on his knees blah blah blah.

Even If I was never impressed with his QB skills, nor his uncanny ability to get one of the bands to start playing, either way, he is still a young man and doesn't deserve the kind of abuse that he has been getting.

He's a human being - just not one that can complete 50 percent of his passes.

I saw the San Diego game - the guy could't throw a ball through a tire 3 yards away. Don't feel sorry for him - he will undoubtedly be one of the richest busts, if not the richest, in NFL history.

And all the idiots say Tebow is not high on the QB list at the pro level. Who plays QB at the pro level has as much to do with how hyped a player is coming out of college and the luck of an actual chance, more than anything.

Had Bledsoe not gotten hurt, who knows if its Tom Brady shelving soup in a grocery store, instead of Kurt Warner. I doubt the supermodel would have wanted Tom shelving Campbells New England Clam chowder - da ya think. lol
