I would start Garrard. Houston's defense is garbage, and game may be a shootout. I think Eagles will get ahead early amd milk it a little.

Better than KC? If you make an argument between those two, I would make it for the QB comparison IMO. Both defenses are trash right now. I think Houston has much more upside and potential to stop the pass.

Yeah, but Houston will score, so Jacksonville has to keep playing. Philly could score a little and get really conservative.
