What Gif program do you use? The only one I could find was for pictures, you can't do movies.

I do all farking and gif's in GIMP. For this fark where someone supplied the gif, I simply opened it up and GIMP lets you modify each frame. If you're starting from scratch, you just create each frame and specify the speed you want the frames to run at when viewed. I'm sure other programs such as Photoshop let you do the same thing. You may want to check with LSUfreek to see what software he uses because his are out of this world.

Cool, thanks! I use GIMP, but I'm not completely familiar with all of it's capabilities just yet.

If you want to play around with gif's, save the original gif at the top of this thread, open it up in GIMP and look at the layers or frames. You can select each frame and modify it however you wish. The layer icon looks like a stack of papers and is at the top of one of the two control boxes that opens up when GIMP is opened. To view the animated gif in GIMP, look under "filters/animation/playback".
