Anyone else concerned about the lack of openings for the RBs? Are the DCs daring JJ to beat them with his arm?

Did you notice how well USC ran against Washinton who used the same run stopping scheme aganst us?

With an inexperienced QB, you have to pick your times to challange down field and that is best left to our coaching staff.

Agree. LSU has got some problems on the o line and has no consistent rushing attach between the tackles. I was hoping that it would have been corrected against ULL but my fear is that it is what it is.

How much is due to good play by opponents? C.f. win against UofDub.

I agree about the QB. JJ is good, but seemed to have made either some bad decisions-could have had 4 ints, ? pick 6's. Also, was off target to Mitchell, among others. Hopefully he settles in pari parrus with the O-line.

Tough to run-block on first down when opposition places 8 men in the box. We need to run more play action on first downn.

You need to throw more on first down, but not just throw, complete passes. The problem with that, we tried that experiement with Lee and the coaching staff is not ready to repeat that experiment with J.J.

We are winning while J.J. gains experience and that should be enough for our fans.

It's Jordan Jefferson's fault.

Everything is Jordan Jefferson's fault.

Everything, that is, except the Tigers' 3-0 record. That's just a combination of the refs bailing JJ out numerous times and LSU's three opponents being horrible.

Jordan Jefferson has been lucky to this point--just wait--he'll fall flat on his face.

Like UL? They're not bad but they're not SEC caliber either.
