respect for his performance tonite. I thought he played good considering the game plan was to run the ball and control the clock. Kudos to JEFFERSON ON PLAYING WELL In a hostile environment.

he looked pretty good, took care of the ball well. I look forward to him improving. and avoiding contact.

he made a good throw to lafell for a td, TT's two were his doings not JJ's, made a couple good runs, but nothing spectacular.
Best thing he did tonight was he didnt have TO.

He did make a few mistakes but nothing unexpected for someone with such inexperience. Especially for a line that didn't block very well either. Is our o-line woes carrying over to this season because they were horrible second half of last year...

He better learn to slide or he won't be here in 3 games.

He made some good passes and put his recievers in positions to make plays, ran great, didn't have any turnovers, and he managed the game pretty fricking good for a 19 year old. With all the play changes they called at the line I don't think we had one delay of game. I'm really excited about how good he can be.

JJ played very well and I have not seen many attacks on him with the exception of a few rantards who blamed him for not throwing.

he needs to bring the passes up a little and stop trying to put so much speed and snap on the ball.

He did everything that was asked and more.. why no kudos? Can you give a few examples of times he hurt the team? If he wasn't hurting us.. then he was helping us.

he did a great job at avoiding the rush - he needs a better OL and needs to do a better job at going through his progressions though.

I just expected more passing form JJ. Maybe Les and Crowton were holding him back for some reason but were going to need his arm just as much as his legs this season.

Because his performance displayed some significant weaknesses that, if not fixed, will be an issue when he's not facing a pee wee football team's pass defense.

For some reason this is funnier this time than other 3 times you've posted it.

JJ was 11/19 for 172 yards, 3 TDs and 0 INTs.

Let's break it down.

1) I didn't see the first TD pass to Toliver very well, but he made a great recognition of him being wide open and put him in a position to make a play after.

2) His 2nd pass TD to Toliver was beautifully thrown and placed. His placement gave toliver the ability to make that move.

3) Pass to Lafell was beautiful.

4) 8 incompletions: at least 3 of them were throw aways/smart plays. 2 were dropped by Dickson (one was PI in the endzone. 2 others were Toliver not running the right route and it was obvious.

5) He had 1, I said ONE, pass that was in the dirt and bad.

Looking at it like that, he did pretty well seeing as how poorly the offensive playcalling was for most of the game.

No I just think he was more of a game manager than a game changer tonight.

Not saying he sucks, just think other people deserved more kudos than Jefferson for the win

seriously, when he was throwing, he looked damn good. he took some big hits, and kept his head in the game. im not too upset about this game, its a W on the road, and JJ to me was the bright spot in the game. he will be a solid QB.

Because compared to Locker he did not look good. I think his performance was a "C"

What are you expecting, for him to look like Joe Montana? He played very good tonight relative to where he is experience wise.
