These guys are generally pretty accurate, have the Tigers at 10-2 for the season:

I like the 10-2 prediction with a trip the SEC Championship game. However, it would suck if we didn't win a game for an entire month from the miss st. game to the Auburn game. I feel we'll lose one game between UGA and UF and another game between Ole Miss and Bama.

Also, I know there hasn't been much talk about Auburn this year since they are rebuilding with a new coach and it's a home game for us, but they always play us tough. Well, then again, you can't really overlook any game in the SEC.

Ole Miss is predicted to go undefeated, yet finish 9-3.

They even won their Open Date.

It's not like the defense was awful last year

I love cfn, but this whole article lost a lot of credibility with this statement.

Makes me wonder if they weren't writing more about the talent not being awful, but the coaching...

Thanks for the "heads up". Great article. I hate to get too excited, but we could have a good season this year. We will be up agaist some of the best as you know, but beating these guys in the SEC sets the tone. Living in ATL is always great too, as I anticipate watching the Tigers this December here. Kinda makes me teary eyed!

Interceptions thrown: LSU 18 for 461 yards - Opponents 8 for 51 yards
-

this was an offense in itself for opposing teams.

I would have to believe thats what he meant. We had plenty talent on D, it just wasnt utilized. I think this year will be night and day compared to last year. Chavis an Co. will have the players ready and hungry, and will have schemes that wont be as easy to read as a Doctor Seuss book.

No question. I know we lost at least a couple of games (Georgia, Arkansas) last year due to interceptions. As bad as the defense supposedly played last year, you can't throw pick 6s like we did and expect to win. That being said, I look for a much better season this year. I personally witnessed the game here in ATL against GT, who supposedly had the running attack everyone said was great and we kicked their arse!
