Capital One has a "High Yield Money Market" that I use, that's right in that neighborhood (1.4%).
ETA: it's FDIC insured.

May I suggest an investment in the annilatrix? sure to yield big dividends.
BTW, I have a cap1 money market account too. I am relatively happy with it.

Cap One - you can also open an online Savings as well as the money market. Both are around 1.5%

have you thought about action figures?

brah. 3 months. No way he'd get action figures designed, produced, and sold in 3 months.

If you would invest, you'd have to hope that the inventor of the Annihilatrix properly advertised thus ensuring actual stock....you wouldn't want him reduced to the dry hump of marketing strategies. Unless of course he found a crazy low postcard deal from a china man.

I heard the fake their identities to get low income business loans.
That's terrible! Those loans are for non-threatening, educated women of color....like maybe she wants to open up a hair salon.

A few banks have been advertising teaser rates for checking accounts (with the rates good for up to 3 or 6 months) that are really high, such as 4.5%. Since that's all you care about, you might look into that. Make sure it's FDIC covered.

would I rate? Here is a picture of me to base the action figures. I want a kung fu grip, and a bong to hold.
