Pretty impressive multi-sport athlete - defensive MVP of his district in basketball, runs track, high jumps, all-everything in football.

Hunter does it all

Hunter’s ability already is drawing comparisons to some of South Hampton Roads’ elite multi-sport athletes, including Landstown’s Percy Harvin and Deep Creek’s DeAngelo Hall.

It's a long way till signing day, but Hunter is one kid that I will be absolutely ecstatic if LSU can hang on to him. He's vastly underrated at this point.

He could very well be the best player we sign this class.

I agree with this, I even agree that he should be a 5 star. However I don't understand the comparisons with Harvin. He's nothing like Harvin at all.

I think the author of the article was trying to make the comparison from a "multi-sport superstar" angle. Harvin dominated that area in football and track too.(even though he was more a sprinter than Hunter is)

Looking at his numbers and watching his first film, I thought he was a low 4*....After seeing his latest film I think he will be a 5* once all the stars are given out and the final evals are made. He's definately my favorite commit thus far. Kid was very impressive to say the least.

As good of an athlete(quite possily the best in the nation) as he is, its hard to imagine why he's not a 5star prospect on potential alone. I think once Rivals realizes this he make some huge jumps(pun intended) in the rankings even if they have to label him as an athlete to justify it. IMO he Reed and Seastrunk will be the crowns of this class...and yes I believe after the year we are about to have we will get those guys and finish in the top 5 in recruiting even in a less than superb year of talent in La
