I'll admit. I don't care if Austin Nola is hitting .056, his glove is worth his starting spot. A few of us, myself included suggested that Nola should see the bench in favor of Landry because of his bat. I know when to eat crow and I will gladly do so right now.

I like what Mainieri is doing with Landry. He's recognized that he struggles with lefties, and he only puts him in a position to SUCCEED. And it's working.

Nola is also starting to swing the bat very well, so that just adds to what he's bringing to the table in the field.
