Crawfish done right in DFW!!!!!!!!

Pierre's Mardi Gras Cafe - There is finally a place in DFW that boils crawfish the right way!!! No seasoning added after boiling!! In fact they are steeped in Zatarains and provide the proper amount of taste and kick that we are used to having back home. The place is in Arlington off of Cooper, just north of the mall about 1.5 miles across the street from a Racetrac. They also have true muffs, that beat Jason's deli hands down, now!! Also now have boudin on the menu and are definitely worth ordering!! Did check out Boudreaux's at Arlington Highlands and was not impressed at all, but then again it is a texas rest. chain not LA. If you go to Pierre's, I promise that you will not mind the drive the next time, you will just know that a taste of home is now definitely closer than what it used to be!!!
