Jordan Allen has a offer and he almost committed but he wants to take his time. Said he was a little worried about the location, didn't think BR was the friendliest place to live or something.
Bet he'd change his tune if he visited New Orleans instead.

Read his parents are big LSU fans(no idea how true that is) and hes from West Monroe, LSU doesn't lose players from WM. I think he just wanted to get to know LSU's campus better, IMO. That or enjoy the game a little. Don't see him going anywhere else but LSU right now.

He's said over and over that LSU is his favorite. He won't last as long as Mingo. I expect a commit this summer or sooner.

Only watched his video's and in the state title game. But from everything he's said, he doesn't seem like a guy that is going to milk the process for as long as others.

He is a lock. He has always been a big LSU fan along with his whole family. There is nothing to worry about here. How many DE's have we offered? It seems like we have been after alot.

I think it's a position we really need though and I think Allen is still a guy that could play elsewhere. He shows some clips at DT in which he looks good and he seems athletic enough to play TE or OT as well. This is just based on the film I've seen so it's speculation at best but DE is a need IMO.

Ive never heard of him.
I read that article about him from Aggieville and it sounds to me like LSU might have offered but they arent that interested. LSU has pushed most in state recruits for spring visits but not this guy.
