im looking to buy a new driver. what is better for a beginner, regular flex or stiff flex? thanks ill hang up and listen.

Get a regular flex and swing easy when you're a beginner.

Depends on swing speed.

try to find out what your swing speed is first. Anything over 95mph I would say go with stiff. Go to Edwin Watts or any golf shop realy and they should be able to help you out with this
