Not so good trend

We didn't close very well at all this year. We let three of our top 10 athletes get away this year.
i'm a positive guy, this hasn't happened in 8 years and we are a year removed from a n.c.
sure hope the guy's we hired show a better job of recruiting. Considering they were on board the same time the tenn coaches were.

Considering we got some of the best players from Texas, it's a wash.
Besides, we closed with Mingo, Randle, and Montgomery. I'd say that's pretty solid.

specifically which three; Janzen and who else? Conner, Lacy, Sentimore we didn't really go after.

interesting, even though I'm not a huge fan of rankings, ESPN #1 ranking of us included only signed players and didn't include JJ.

The "not so good trend" here is that, between Luther Davis, Janzen Jackson, et. al., this state seems to have a propensity for producing star athletes who let it be known publicly that they're committed to LSU, then pull a bait-and-switch at the last minute.

Did i say we had a bad recruiting season? No.
We are now losing some of our best louisiana athletes. Randle was an 11th hour decision.
We haven't lost 3 of the top ten in 8 years. If you think that's a good sign then,
If you think we are going to make our living on out of state kids, i believe you need to see how that has worked for f.s.u. over the last six years. They started losing the in state kids to florida.
