23-3 and what issue are you talking about?

all the nonsense about the 1979 game as if it were the last time these two teams played, the back and forth about which fanbase is obsessed with whom, and the faux rivalry between the two schools.

Like a drum, 23-3. Oddly enough on the same day, Sept 29.

hate to say it, but I think LSU is more obsessed with SC than vice versa, ya know.

Like a drum...I remember watching the game on satellite at my paw paw's...remember those huge satellite dishes that looked like you could pick up NASA transmissions to the shuttle...

Percentage wise possibly. But if you spend any time out west or on their boards there are legions of 'SC fans who rant on the '03 paper championship opposed to the Tiger's BCS ball.
If the tables were turned it would probably be much the same.

Yes, I was at the game-worst gameday atmosphere I have ever seen but the program was in the dumps at the time. It's the only place I've ever gone and received physical threats in the stadium and that was before kickoff looking for our seats!

Apparently, you've never been to Tiger Stadium as an fan of the opposing team or a team LSU was not even playing that night.

Touche' on the sig quote. Do you work for the typo police? It should remind you to always check for typos and fragments before clicking submit, huh?

I went with a friend who wasn't an LSU fan but a Florida fan at Tiger Stadium. It wasn't bad at all. He got tigerbaited and gave the gator chomp right back and was offered more food and beer than I was. Nobody gave him a hard time. When I went to a Florida game and wore my LSU stuff, I got spit on.

This thread is pathetic. I've only casually observed the last few days and this is probably the 10th thread on the 79/84 USC series in that time. Who cares?

I was there. Most boring stadium I've ever been to.

May dad worked in L.A for a while and we went and saw USC play Oregon State about 5 years ago. Man, first of all, the place is a dump. Huge stadium of course but a dump. In a horrible part of town and only about 1/2 full.

The one thing I really remember and will never forget is these fat Mexicans eating roasted corn everywhere. Greasy corn on the cob all falling out their faces.......

The last thing I am is a grammar Nazi-posting via iPhone is too prone to errors to point out mistakes of others. Hoist to my own petard and all that... The sig quote points out the irony of your post in which you condescendingly assaulted the intelligence of a poster and made your untimely mistake. Ironic humor-I guess USL didn't have a course on that.

Did they teach correllations there? It's so, you'd recognize the direct correllation between your responses to me and your impending public humiliation.

Just stop.

When posters say "hate to say it" they mean I mean to say it but don`t have the stones without the girly disclaimer.

Condescending? Your post and sig quote almost define that word.

Nice. Now there another atempt to be condescending. For the record, you have no idea of my educational level. But then again....

Seems someone has trouble with people throwing back stones after casting one first.
