Future of the SEC

Obviously, LSU needs to step up it's game for next year. I think it's painfully clear that our coaching staff and even players thought that they could ride the wave from last year's run (a shaky two-loss run, btw) and simply coast this year. This season has been a letdown, not just because of the losses, but the type of losses LSU came up with (especially to teams we should have beaten).
But, the future is not getting any easier:
1. Alabama is obviously on the rise with Saban and it's scary to think he might build the next super power that would put him on level or even above the status of Bear.
2. Ole Miss has a coach that has consistently had LSU's number. It just seems that Nutt can always pull one over on us. When he was at Arkansas, that game was always a scary one no matter how good we were.
3. Arkansas has a good coach who had a pretty good team at Louisville. Yes, they played in a much easier conference, but he was still making great things happen. It's only a matter of time before Arkansas is again as scary as when Nutt was there (oh wait, I think I'm a little late on that statement)
4. Auburn and Miss State are in low areas, but who knows what will happen there. Either team could have a breakout season soon or simply implode on itself like dieing star.
Thoughts? Am I too worried about the other teams? It seems to me that we REALLY need to get our act together.

You forgot that the Gators own our asses too.

3-5 in conference play. It's just sad.

Sorry, I was only focusing on the West side of the SEC. I think we all know how dangerous those areas of the East side are right now.
